FORM 01

Ceramic Tubes

Straight and stepped tubes for high-temperature process lines, sensor protection and electrical isolation.

Advanced Industrial Ceramics

A ceramic tube does two jobs at once: it shields what is inside from the process, and it isolates what is inside from what is around it. That is why tubes appear in furnaces, thermocouple assemblies and corrosive process lines where a metal tube would either conduct, corrode or deform.

What decides the part is not the outside diameter alone. Bore, wall thickness and how straight the tube stays over its full length decide whether it fits the assembly and whether it survives the thermal cycles the assembly sees.

Made to your requirement

What is defined with you before production

  • Outside diameter and bore, each with its own tolerance
  • Wall thickness, and how constant it has to stay
  • Straightness, and over what length it is measured
  • Operating temperature, medium and whether the tube cycles

Supply stage

Sample part first, then batch production on the same material and process basis. Ask for the material data sheet with your quotation.
