Manufacturing & quality

Vintel@Ceramics works as one chain: material formulation, precision forming, sintering, precision machining and application support. Because the same chain owns the part from powder to finished component, performance, tolerance and supply stay repeatable.

Process

Five stages under one responsibility

Each stage feeds a decision the next one depends on, which is why the material grade, the forming route and the finishing requirement are agreed together rather than in sequence.

  1. Material Formulation

Grade and formulation selected against the operating environment: temperature, corrosion, abrasion and insulation requirement.

  2. Precision Forming

Shaping to the geometry your part needs, from catalogue forms through to complex custom profiles.

  3. Sintering

Controlled sintering builds the density and strength the application depends on, with the process held stable run to run.

  4. Precision Machining

Grinding and finishing to the tolerance, flatness and surface requirement stated on your drawing.

  5. Application Support

From a sample part through to batch production, with material and process advice alongside the order.

What this means for your order

Every stage is a control point

  • Material Formulation: Grade and formulation selected against the operating environment: temperature, corrosion, abrasion and insulation requirement.
  • Precision Forming: Shaping to the geometry your part needs, from catalogue forms through to complex custom profiles.
  • Sintering: Controlled sintering builds the density and strength the application depends on, with the process held stable run to run.
  • Precision Machining: Grinding and finishing to the tolerance, flatness and surface requirement stated on your drawing.
  • Application Support: From a sample part through to batch production, with material and process advice alongside the order.

Quality system

Controlled from formulation to final inspection

Vintel@Ceramics operates an ISO 9001 quality management system. The system covers the whole chain — material formulation, precision forming, sintering and precision machining — so performance, tolerance and supply stay repeatable.

ISO 9001

Quality management system covering the full process, from material formulation through finishing and inspection.

  • Material grade and formulation controlled before forming starts.
  • Sintering parameters held stable so density and strength repeat run to run.
  • Dimensional and surface requirements checked against the agreed drawing.
  • Custom parts developed as samples before batch production is released.
