About Vintel@Ceramics

Vintel@Ceramics builds ceramic parts for operating conditions that decide whether a component survives: high temperature, corrosive media, abrasive contact, and situations where a part has to insulate electrically while carrying mechanical load. The materials are engineered for that duty — high purity, high strength, high-temperature resistance, corrosion and wear resistance, and excellent electrical insulation.

The two series answer two different questions. Advanced Industrial Ceramics supplies the catalogue: standard material systems and part forms in alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide and silicon nitride. Custom Engineered Ceramics takes the parts that no catalogue form fits and engineers them from a drawing or an application requirement.

Behind both series sits one process chain — material formulation, precision forming, sintering, precision machining and application support — held under an ISO 9001 quality management system. That is what allows a sample part and a batch order to be produced on the same material and process basis, and what makes tolerance, surface finish and supply repeatable rather than incidental.
