FORM 12

Ceramic Structural Parts

Blocks, brackets and spacers that locate, support or isolate inside equipment.

Advanced Industrial Ceramics

Structural ceramics replace metal where a part has to insulate as well as carry load, or where it has to keep its shape at a temperature that would soften or oxidise a metal bracket.

These parts are defined by their interfaces rather than their outline: the hole positions, the step that locates, the face that seats. Those are the dimensions that decide whether the assembly goes together at all.

Made to your requirement

What is defined with you before production

  • What the part locates, supports or separates
  • Every interface it touches, and how it is fixed
  • The electrical or thermal duty it carries
  • The quantity band, and whether the part is new

Supply stage

Sample part first, then batch production on the same material and process basis. Ask for the material data sheet with your quotation.
